Call For Industry Presentations - The TRB Committee On Occupant Protection Is Soliciting Presenters For Its Advanced Vehicle Safety Technologies Session At The Next Transportation Research Board Annual Meeting, January 11-15, 2015, In Washington D.C.
The TRB Committee on Occupant Protection (ANB45) is soliciting presenters for its Advanced Vehicle Safety Technologies session at the next Transportation Research Board Annual Meeting, January 11-15, 2015, in Washington D.C.
While advanced occupant protection technologies are emphasized in this session, presentations on other advanced vehicle technologies covering crash avoidance, automatic crash notification, and driver monitoring/behavior modification technologies will also be considered for this session.
Presentations will be 20 minutes in length and do not have to be accompanied by a paper submission.
The TRB Annual Meeting program covers all transportation modes, with more than 4,500 presentations in nearly 800 sessions and workshops addressing topics of interest to all attendees—policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions.
This is an excellent opportunity to present in front of such a distinguished forum. For those planning to present at the 2015 ESV conference, this would also be an excellent opportunity to "tune-up" your presentation in front of a "home audience".
If you are interested and would like more information about this opportunity, please contact Scott Schmidt at sschmidt@autoalliance.org or by phone at 202-326-5545. Please respond with any interest as soon as possible since I will need to finalize the speakers and presentation titles by the end of August, 2014.
