The Automotive Safety Council is having a Technology Fair in the US House of Representatives Cannon Office Building Caucus Room June 14, 2023 from 10:00am-2:00pm. We will be using 46 panels and videos displaying the state of auto safety in the USA compared to other parts of the world, technical solutions to todays high fatality rates, new ATDs for females, alcohol detection sensors to prevent drunk driving, Driver monitoring sensing to prevent distracted driving, the dangers EVs present to auto safety, submerged vehicle safety solutions, AEB for improved Pedestrian protection, better headlight for pedestrian protection, better cameras and radar to improve accident prevention, new airbags to protect occupants in side impact as well as rear seats, seat belt solutions for rear seat safety and so much more.
